Lily's here to give you a pep talk, and she has great news: PEP isn't just for HIV anymore! Doxycycline Post-Exposure Prophylaxis, or Doxy-PEP, is a medication to help prevent getting chlamydia, gonorrhea and/or syphilis after sex. It should be taken preferably within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours after condomless sex.
