Okay so I know how this is going to sound, but like my role in life for most of my life was to be the gay best friend. That was my calling and honestly, I existed that way until I was almost 30 and then I was like, wait, how come I don’t have a life of my own… Oh right. I decided not to. So shazam. Stopped that. Yes. Stopped managing a restaurant and now I co-own one. Fell in love, got married, adopted this amazing little girl, Wendy, who is like my shadow. Listen, it’s a LOT harder being a whole person than just the gbf, but it’s so good.
