The Digital Health Initiative at the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute held the 2nd annual Digital Health Initiative Conference: Navigating Digital Health Across the Age Continuum at the NYU Kimmel Center on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Attendees were given the opportunity to understand how digital solutions address unique health challenges faced by different age groups the importance of bridging the digital generation gap through presentations, panels, and a workshop. 150 participants attended, including clinicians, public health professionals, community members, and community-based organizations.​
