How to Claim CE Credit for a live training

Please review this carefully on how to claim your CE credit using your MyCEI account on the CEI website: https://ceitraining.org/MyCEI Login

If you already have a MyCEI account

  1. After the training is completed, the training coordinator will approve your attendance in CEI systems.

  2. The next morning after the training you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the evaluation and claim the CE credit. Click the link provided in the email to be re-directed to the training in your MyCEI account. Enter the participation code and attest that you have attended the program.
The code for Digital Health Initiative 2024 Conference is [DH2024].

  3. A new window will open. Fill out the evaluation and click the Submit button.

  4. Select the correct CE credit from the dropdown menu.

  5. Your CE certificate is automatically generated and uploaded in your MyCEI account. Your certificate is stored in your MyCEI account for future references, for you to print, view and share it anytime.

If you do not have a MyCEI account

  1. After the training is complete and the coordinator has approved your attendance, the CEI system will create a MyCEI account using the email address you used to register for the training as the username and will generate a temporary password.

  2. Please remember to update the temporary password.

  3. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your MyCEI account dashboard. Either use the link to the training provided in the email OR select “All Training” from the left side menu, then select the “Live Training” tab. In the search box enter the name of the training you attended by title and filter for CME.

  4. Select the training you attended with the correct date, follow the steps to enter the code provided, attest that you attended, complete the evaluation and claim the CE credit.

The training is open to claim the CE credit for 2 weeks after the training date. Please complete the outlined directions no later than May 21, 2024 by 11:59 PM in order to claim your CE credit certificate.

Please make sure to use the same email address to login in your MyCEI account as the one you used to register for CEI trainings.
